Payment Terms

DA OMA doesn't offer Cash on Delivery (CoD). As such, full payment has to be made to DA OMA Foods & Beverages LLP through methods indicated on the Website.

Order Processing Time

All orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of confirmation of order by a buyer.

Any order placed/ booked after 4 pm on Saturday will be processed for dispatch on Monday only or the next working day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday and public holidays.

Dispatch Information

Upon dispatch, customers receive a shipping confirmation notification via WhatsApp/ SMS containing relevant tracking details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of delivery location, order weight, mode of delivery and rates charged by the logistics partner. The offer price(s) of DA OMA product(s) include applicable shipping charges.

Within Patna, flat Rs 30/- will be charged over and above the Order Summary price for quick delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are indicative only and the actual time taken to deliver a product will depend on delivery location, mode of delivery preferred, weather conditions, law and order situations and business days in the intervening period. Business days exclude sundays and public holidays.

• Within Patna: 1-2 days
• Bihar: 4-5 days
• Metro Cities/ State capitals: 6-7 days
• Remote locations: 8-10 days

While DA OMA makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of products to the customers, it shall not be held responsible for any delay caused by third-party delivery partner.

During festivals, it may take more time than normal days due to several reasons such as shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking ID/ AWB will be shared via WhatsApp/ SMS. Customers may track their shipment in real time through the website of DA OMA's delivery partner.

Failed Delivery

When delivery of products executed by DA OMA fails due to reasons given below:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Recipient's unavailability at the time of delivery
• Refusal to accept delivery

DA OMA may attempt to contact the customer to ensure early delivery. However, if such attempts fail, it:

• Will not refund the amount paid for such order number
• May re-dispatch that order charging extra charges incurred on shipping that very product(s)

Damaged, Defective or Tampered Packages

DA OMA takes utmost care in packing its products. However, due to some unforeseen reasons, if there occurs a damage to the packing during transit or the same is tampered, customers are advised to:

• Notify DA OMA within 18 hours of receiving the delivery
• Provide clear photos/ videos of the outer packaging and products
• Provide relevant order number

Upon verification, DA OMA, at its sole discretion, may offer:

• A replacement free of cost
• Process a refund/ credit note in accordance with DA OMA's Refund Policy.

Perishable Goods Disclaimer

DA OMA products are perishable, consumable and highly hygiene sensitive. As such, DA OMA doesn't take responsibility of spoilage due to:

• Delays caused by delivery partner
• Negligence of storage instructions given on the packaging or Website
• Incorrect storage by the customer
• Delay in consumption
